NC Connections Insurance was founded in June 2011. We gladly opened our office to serve the citizens of Northeastern North Carolina on July 5, 2011. NC Insurance Connections is an independent insurance agency, whom offers a wide range of insurance products to individuals and business owners.

Our mission is to be a resilient leader in the insurance industry. The focus here is to assemble a firm foundation built with integrity, leadership, ethics, and a culture of excellence.

Our plan over the next several years is to establish and conduct business throughout North Carolina, Virginia, and other surrounding states. We aim to make you proud of your small town insurance agency.

I joined NC Insurance Connections in October 2021. I work as an office assistant. I love that I get to help assist the awesome Leadership of this fine agency
and to help the people that are looking for the products that we offer. I am one the first voices that you
will hear when you call. My intentions are to always greet everyone with a genuine smile from my heart
to assure you that you have come to the right place for all your insurance needs.
When I am not working, I enjoy precious time with my family. My other interests evolve around church
activities. I was the former host of a radio broadcast. I am a caregiver, a singer and songwriter. Serving and assisting others is what I do.

Greetings, I'm Dawn! I am the Proud Owner and an Agent of NC Insurance Connections since we’ve opened. In my agency we aim to serve and offer the very best products available. We take our job here very seriously and don’t sell insurance, we offer and educate our valued customers regarding insurance . I am a wife, mother and grandmother to an amazing family, whom I adore. Outside of working I enjoy reading and studying the bible and baking homemade treats. I find outside gardening and sewing relaxing. You can also find me taking pictures capturing life precious moments in time and most of all spending time with my family.

But you can call me Tia! I'm a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent, and though I've only been a part of the NC Insurance Connections family for a short time, I absolutely love the ability we have to serve our customers and community. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my two handsome sons, photography, finding a good recipe, creating something interesting on my cricut machine, and traveling.
